Amazon Senior Account Manager in Zhengzhou, China

Description

The Site Start Up Specialist plays a pivotal role in setting up Sellers management foundation in new sites for maximizing local Seller success and advocacy on Amazon global marketplaces. This position is strategically focused on driving both local impact in a scalable approach through community management as well as paid services enrollment through improving local awareness and Sellers sentiments. The Start Up Specialist will have experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and drive collaborative strategies to accelerate site growth. Responsible for monitoring performance, address issues, develop data-driven growth plans to improve performance. In addition, responsible for generating regional Sellers insights and work across all relevant cross-functional areas to guarantee effective communication, insights implementation, and execution of objectives.

Key job responsibilities

• Build up local Seller community and create engagement programs, activities, events, and groups with the goal of driving Amazon agenda at scale

• Analyze local Sellers performance metrics for constant improvement and drive Sellers management strategy optimization based on analytics and stakeholder feedback

• Identify emerging trends from local Seller community and/or associations etc. sharing with Amazon teams to ensure we are addressing Seller needs

• Foster authentic three-way dialogue between Amazon, Sellers and others to build trust for increasing local influence and impact

• Support local internal/external events to enhance Sellers awareness of community/paid services and existing Sellers management team

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of regional sellers' perspectives, pain points/needs and advocate internally to improve Seller experience based on regional insights

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience

  • • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • • Experience developing and implementing new strategies and procedures

  • • Experience on stakeholder management (written, verbal, presentation communication)

  • • Experience analyzing data sets, identify issues, and recommend solutions to internal and external customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • • 5+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience

  • • Experience working in online communities, PR, forums, social media, with different lines of businesses, or with Amazon Selling Partners.

  • • Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights

  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to comfortably engage with all levels of stakeholder, and any customer externally
