职责

这是一个工厂生产操作员职位，主要负责现场巡检操作以及按照陶氏各项流程中赋予该岗位的其他工作，确保设备及工艺正常运行，保障工厂可靠性，确保安全高效地完成完成各项任务。

• 遵循操作纪律/程序，标准和实践要求,确保安全、有效的操作所指定工厂区域，确保操作纪律对于所有操作活动切实可行（计划的和非计划的）。

• 操作和现场检查工艺设备。监测工艺状态，关键表现的标准，设备和控制系统。为了维持或达到工厂设计的产能以及工厂/基地/业务部门的状态，做出适当的决定。

• 完成已计划好的、与操作有关的作业，完成由解决非计划性事件所产生的任务。(如现场检查，工艺调整，设备准备，取样，分析，巡检，现场整顿，EHS相关的任务，等)。

• 与班组成员或其他班组成员一起协作，利用技术和知识来平衡工作量确保所指派的任务在规定的时间内完成。

• 根据工厂专有的过程/标准启动和记录最初的原因调查。对于所涉及的事件或按要求参与正式的或非正式的根本原因调查。

• 按照工厂特有的操作程序和工具进行有效的交接班，进行有效的沟通将相关信息交给接班人员为工厂表现的提高和持续发展提高条件。

• 根据工厂的政策保持所属区域的作业资格，以及时的态度完成培训目标。这包括利用自由支配的时间来了解技能和知识。

• 按照工厂中培训过程，就工艺操作，故障分析排查，以及操作程序的使用指导并培训新来的以及现有的操作人员。

• 完成立即响应领导所指派地立即响应的任务。

• 应用工艺知识和技能提高工厂的表现和改善工厂的操作纪律。利用工厂改善过程，适当的变更管理过程和沟通工具，积极的，前瞻性的识别改善和提高机会。跟踪和利用适用于班组中运行工厂角色的关键表现标准，以优化操作并识别改善机会。

• 利用相关的政策，过程和程序对工艺设备进行故障分析排查，小的维修，一线维修，改善以及预防性维修。

• 有明确的职业发展方向，能够和直属领导保持畅通的沟通，寻求支持来提高自己各方面的技能。

资质

• 化工工艺或相关理工科专业，全日制统招大专及以上学历，或4 年以上相关系统性培训。

• 至少三年的化工现场操作经验。

• 有意愿且有能力接受12小时的轮班工作制度。

• 需要简单的英语认读能力。
