Philips Education Course & Event Specialist in Zaventem, Belgium

Are you well organised, structured, and used to work in a methodical way? Do you love planning, co-ordinating and supporting the realisation of projects and events? If you also have a genuine passion for healthcare and innovation and you enjoy working in an international environment with multiple stakeholders, then we offer you an exciting opportunity to join the international Image Guided Therapy Devices business as Education Course & Event Specialist.

Our education team works out of Philips Zaventem office in Belgium with team members in all other corners of the world. Working together and helping each other are key attributes that make it possible for us to deliver with excellence.

Your role:

  • Working directly with the Head of Education to support all aspects of managing the educational calendar and planning.

  • Collaborating closely with Training Managers, Event Specialists, and other stakeholders to support the creation, planning and execution of education courses.

  • Supporting the compliance process and contracting for education courses.

  • Maintaining budget tracking and roll up for the education department.

  • Giving onsite support to the training managers when needed at education courses.

  • Working on shared folders and tools collaborating with multiple teams.

  • Tracking activities and report on execution of all education courses.

  • Coordinating education team activities.

  • Following up with Event Specialists for education course planning.

  • Supporting Training Managers in communication and contracting of speakers and proctors.

You're the right fit if you have :

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced organisation. Having experience from health care companies is seen as a plus.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent administrative and coordinating skills with the ability to multitask.

  • Being proactive and having a results-oriented mindset.

  • An aptitude for using technology and comfortable working with a range of online tools.

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Proficient level of English–you are comfortable reading and writing in English.
