St. Joseph’s Village is seeking a LPN  * *S *upervisor of Assisted Living  * for their community in Ypsilanti, MI. Under the direction of the Regional Vice President, in cooperation and collaboration with the Assisted Living Team, the   Supervisor of Assisted Living  will provide leadership as well as clinical management to assist the resident in maintaining the highest level of independence possible. Direct the overall management of Assisted Living in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, established policies and procedures, and as may be directed. Provides professional nursing care to the organization’s residents as prescribed by the physician, and/or requested by the residents’ families, and in compliance with the state’s Nurse Practice Act, any applicable licensure/certification requirements, and the organization’s policies and procedures. Supervises the day-to-day activities of the community and ensures that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Michigan LPN licensure.

  • 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity preferred

  • Experience in an assisted living, hospital, long-term care environment, or other related healthcare facility preferred.

  • Must possess and maintain current CPR Certification.
