What are my responsibilities?

  1. Handling customer orders, transfer to SSML internal system, and feedback order confirmation date to customer. If direct customer, create SO, maintain SO in SAP

处理客户订单，在公司系统中进行订单评审，创建销售订单确认并反馈客户

  1. Create DN when due date. Prepare export documents, book vessel, and arrange delivery to customer.到期创建发货通知单，准备出口文件，订舱，安排发货

  2. Import and Export Custom clearance/处理进出口清关事宜

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  1. Bachelor degree, 2-3 years working experiences in manufacture enterprises Logistic or procurement positions is preferred.

大学本科学历, 2-3年制造型企业物流相关工作经验优先

  1. English language skills in speaking and writing 英语听说读写能力良好

  2. Professional in office soft tool, excel, outlook and so on.

熟练掌握OFFICE 软件，如EXCEL, OUT LOOK.
