Description

We are on the lookout for a Systems Administrator to join our team in Yardley, Pennsylvania. This role involves managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our systems while providing support to our users. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and ensure the optimal functioning of servers, desktop computers, printers, switches, phones, and smartphones.

• Oversee software deployment, security updates, and patches, always ensuring all systems are up-to-date.

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations for all hardware, operating systems, virtualization, storage, backups, and patching.

• Monitor the health of core applications and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Leverage your experience with Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Dell Technologies, and Firewall Technologies to maintain and improve our systems.

• Provide top-level support and ownership of verticals, including designing, planning, configuration, documentation, and deployment.

• Utilize your skills in AB Testing, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Cluster Analysis, and Computer Hardware to enhance our IT infrastructure.

• Experience with Azure technologies will be utilized to leverage cloud solutions for our systems.

• Handle all incidents through our ticketing system.

• Manage over 50 virtual servers supporting 23 sites.

Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is needed

• Must be skilled in Citrix Technologies

• Experience with Cloud Technologies is required

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies is crucial

• Knowledge of Firewall Technologies is essential

• Should have the ability to perform AB Testing

• Experience with Active Directory is necessary

• Must have experience in Backup Technologies

• Proficiency in Cluster Analysis is required
