Eaton Corporation Senior Hardware Engineer in Xian, China

What you’ll do:

1.Guide the engineer assistants in the Team to complete relevant development work and close the work loop.

2.Cooperate with suppliers to analyze the root cause and provide solutions to related problems.

  1. Lead HW members for NPD.

  2. Select components, evaluate its life and design circuit for key components in Power Topology.

  3. Use software such as PSIM/PLECS/MathCAD to complete the modeling and simulation of power topology circuits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree

  • 5 years experience as minimum requirement ,Have experience in large-scale product platform development, have more than 3 years of development experience in UPS, energy storage, charging piles, inverters or frequency converters, etc.

  • Good team management skill/or strong knowledge in at least professional filed, regarded as expert.

  • Mature at coaching and developing team member with Eaton culture.

  • Good English capability, good spoken English and written English, can lead global meeting and conduct technical conference.

  • Champion the changes on hardware design guideline, quality assurance process.

  • Provide high performance at HW system design and cross function interface definition.

  • Very good and reliable window for customers in terms of business and technology , provide consensus and professional feedback.
