工作内容及要求:

岗位任务类:

负责基础培训/进阶培训/营销员继续教育各项课程的授课和相关培训行政工作; 负责荣誉讲师队伍的管理、选拔和培养,提升培训师的技能。 负责培训评估和反馈,对评估中发现的问题及时与机构负责人和首席培训师沟通,及时进行整改以提升培训质量 维护和录入培训相关信息; 负责所属部门的档案管理工作; 协助首席培训师完成总公司或区域的各类其他培训项目 及时报告工作过程中所发现的违规事件或潜在风险,并提出纠正或改进建议; 协助审计部完成审计相关工作,并根据审计报告完成整改工作; 配合总公司各部门完成各类项目及工作; 完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

行为规范类:

遵守监管机构制定的各项规章制度; 遵守公司制定的各项规章制度; 遵守公司或所在部门制定的业务操作流程; 行为操守符合国家法律、公司职业操守及道德规范守则和公司合规部的相关规定; 正直诚信,不向公司提供虚假的财务票据或资料; 敏锐的风险控制和合规意识。

录用条件:

知识 / 技能 / 学历

大学本科及以上学历; 3年以上保险从业经验; 良好的时间管理能力; 能在压力下工作; 熟练使用Office,精通PPT和Excel; 达到公司为此岗设置的工作内容要求以及考核指标; 达到岗位职责描述的要求。
