Casual/On Call Rate of Pay is $47/hour

Additional pay when working evening/night shifts

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the TCU transitional care unit residents’ physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines for beautiful and vibrant skilled nursing care center in Wyoming, MN.

Nursing schedule includes;

• Casual / on call

• Day/evening/overnight shift; 12 hour shift

• Must pick up three shifts a month; one being a weekend shift

Meadows on Fairview TCU is located in the city of Wyoming, MN, steps away from the Fairview Lakes Hospital and a short distance from Forest Lake and North Branch.  We offer a home like atmosphere where you feel like you belong the minute you arrive

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care

• Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies

• Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care

• RN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary

• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status

Required:

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse

• Current MN RN license

• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

• BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice

• 0-1 years of experience

Preferred:

• 0-3 years of experience

• TCU LPN/RN experience

• Basic computer skills

• Point Click Care knowledge
