Eaton Corporation Customer Service Representative in Wuxi, China

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for long-term and short-term planning based on key resource constraints to balance OTD, inventory and MFG efficiency.

  • Customer order and relationship management:

  • Customer order management and strengthen partnership with customers.

  • Lead order planning and fulfillment via effectively communicate with related departments.

  • Responsible for order fulfillment in whole product life cycle from new product lunch to product EOP.

  • Demand planning and analysis:

  • Monthly demand review with sales team and management team

  • Customer behavior analysis, including customer order Lead time, demand fluctuation, forecast bias, safety stock etc.

  • Focus on Digital transformation in terms of Demand planning.

  • Responsible for creating and optimizing a feasible and stable demand plan with good forecast quality.

  • Consignment management included consumption, stock, invoice etc..

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistical or commercial discipline.

  • 5+ years working experience in CSR.

  • Good Knowledge of ERP System (Oracle is preferred)

  • Experience of industry products (High mix low volume)

  • Experience of planning work at assembly and machine-based manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Good time management, ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadline.

  • Good communication in English and well application of MS- office.

  • Be proactive with passion, deliver results with customer focus.
