Senior Payroll Specialistwill be responsible for managing of employee data, ensuring the accuracy of timesheets, computing wages, and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.

What are your responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily payroll service to Parker locations in Poland

  • Preparing monthly payroll acrruals and account reconciliation

  • Deliver high quality customer service

  • Timely update employee records in the payroll system, ensure data accuracy and completeness

  • Deliver periodic and ad-hoc admin and payroll reports

  • Monitor the payroll service quality, propose the process improvements

  • Prepare settlement documents for Social Insurance Institution (ZUS),

  • Operate "Płatnik" program.

  • Cooperation with a legal advisor on changes in labor, income tax and social security laws, as well as an actuary

  • Training new hires on the payroll process,

  • Analysis of changes in payroll settlements in relation to the accounting performance

  • Regular meetings with employees regarding the operation of payroll systems, changes in regulations and current issues related to salary calculations and social security issues

  • Analysis of historical data during audits of tax and social security offices

What makes you a good fit for this role?:

  • Knowledge of Polish payroll/HR regulations

  • Experience in payroll - (minimum 3 years)

  • Good knowledge of English language (min.B2 level )

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working on own initiative

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of TETA system and experience in accounting will be an asset
