For the expansion of our team in Wroclaw, Poland, we are in search of an engaged and competent person at the earliest possible start date for the position of
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)
What to expect:
• Providing comprehensive and individual support of customer inquiries via telephone, web, e-mail and fax • Processing orders, quotations and complaints following our "Service Excellence" approach • Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships • Verifying and ensuring product quality and delivery dates in close cooperation with our parent company in the U.S. • Supporting our customers throughout the ordering process and advising them on our product range • Collaborating with other departments to best meet the customers’ needs
What we are looking for:
• Successful completion of vocational training or a comparable qualification • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service; profound telephone experience, interest and enthusiasm about customer contact via telephone is an advantage • Service-orientated mentality and high standards of quality • Results-oriented work ethic, reliable and analytical approach to work, as well as negotiation skills • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English, both written and spoken; other languages are advantageous • Confident in MS-Office; experience with other programs is an advantage • Enjoy working efficiently with a motivated, international team
