Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Technical Program Manager to Plan, coordinate, monitor and track the design and development of digital software applications and platforms; Duties include: managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide program(s) consisting of multiple projects using Scaled Agile Framework and Agile Scrum methodologies; Define program scope, resource requirements, budget, timeline, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and plans; Review project plans and coordinate development activity including web and mobile automation testing, web service testing, version control, continuous integration, and build automation tools; design and develop functional automation and performance testing frameworks testing strategies for large scale integrated systems for web and mobile platforms; Maintain focus on program risks and interdependencies across the life cycle, making contingency plans to proactively address issues that pose risk to budget, schedule, and scope; Understand Business Architecture and Technical Solution Architecture, working with IT and external partners to evaluate and implement new technologies; Engage cross-functional leaders across all business areas to determine effective Root Cause Analysis, short-and long-term solutions, and remediation; Drive results and resolve issues including the ability to assess and course correct, as necessary; Facilitate internal and external meetings ensuring clear, complete, thorough, and consistent documentation of status, issues, risks, budget, key decisions, root cause and final resolution; Planning and managing product development stages; Collaborating with system engineers and software architects; provide strategic and hands-on guidance to multiple teams on functional automation and performance testing, ensuring best practices are followed; Identify cross-team dependencies to incorporate them into the program planning process; escalate dependencies and remove blockages between stakeholders and performance testing team; Review the product deployment process and assist in the integration process, if necessary; Oversee the technology/vendor selection and facilitates vendor management; Facilitate in non-functional aspects of program delivery such as application telemetry, performance, reliability, resilience, security, and compliance; Develop automation dashboards and formulate key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine improvement opportunities and enhance existing capabilities; Tracks production incidents for root cause and preventive measures; and prepare and present weekly\monthly status updates, governance reports to key leadership and stakeholders. 10% domestic travel required. Multiple positions. - Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Position also requires five (5) years of experience in each of the following: XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript; Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; JIRA or Rally; Software development lifecycle; Software development for enterprise or web applications; Web and mobile applications development; Unit and automation testing; Project Management Tools; REST, SOAP, or Web Service APIs; CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; and Docker or Kubernetes; Position also requires one (1) year of experience in each of the following: Analytics experience within the retail and/or healthcare industries; Providing domain support for healthcare or retail pharmacy organization; and ATG Commerce or Spring Boot Microservices. Alternatively, Requires seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires seven (7) years of experience in each of the following: XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript; Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; JIRA or Rally; Software development lifecycle; Software development for enterprise or web applications;Web and mobile applications development; Unit and automation testing;Project Management Tools; REST, SOAP, or Web Service APIs;CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; and Docker or Kubernetes; Position also requires one (1) year of experience in each of the following: Analytics experience within the retail and/or healthcare industries; Providing domain support for healthcare or retail pharmacy organization; and ATG Commerce or Spring Boot Microservices. Pay Range: $120750/year - $240000/year

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
