While reporting to the Regional Manufacturing Senior Director, as the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for succeeding in Sonoco's core competencies which include, Business Knowledge, Communications, Customer Focus, Leadership/Teamwork/Collaboration, Peoples selection & Development, as well as Innovation, and Execution/Accountability within the (Location) plant. What you'll be doing: Developing the plants annual operating budget Requesting capital authorization applications for capital expenditures Promoting and supporting a maintenance excellence process Building and maintaining product employee relationships, driving employee satisfaction This position is located in Woodland, WA.
