Enthusiastic HR Generalist with Payroll processing experience in the Bethpage area!

Anna Parson at Robert Half is working with a dynamic Manufacturing client actively seeking an experienced HR Generalist seeking a growth opportunity.

As the HR Generalist, you will:

1. Manage and process payroll for both hourly and salaried staff members in ADP WFN.

2. Accurately track leave of absences and maintain up-to-date employee records.

3. Oversee tracking of contract staff hours and administer payroll accordingly.

4. Provide effective support for the HR Manager, working closely to ensure a smooth, effective operation.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Human Resources or a related field.

• Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now platform.

• Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures.

• Excellent understanding of payroll and benefits administration.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
