Our client has a very exciting opportunity for an Applications Engineer in the US! Candidates will be working remotely for the most part, with frequent travel to client sites for installation, maintenance, and upgrades for our client's medical products.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience with computer based medical devices within a clinical setting. This opportunity is meant for candidates who are self motivated and have excellent presentation skills as you will be showcasing and training medical professionals on technical concepts.

responsibilities:

• Conduct system demonstrations to medical professionals at IVF clinics within the country/region.

• Perform site surveys and develop system configuration specifications before installation at client sites.

• Handle system installation, servicing, and support at clinical sites.

• Coordinate with customer IT departments to integrate products with local IT systems.

• Conduct training sessions (both classroom and individual) for potential and existing clients.

• Relay user feedback to the customer service department and collaborate on product enhancements and field service protocols.

• Maintain comprehensive records concerning installations, servicing, upgrades, and replacements.
