TEKsystems IT Support Technician in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin

Description:

The IT Support Technician will provide technical support to end users at their Portage and Wisconsin Rapids locations. This position will sit onsite in Wisconsin Rapids, WI 3 days per week, with the other 2 days being at the Portage location. Mileage is reimbursed for any travel to Portage.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support a variety of devices including computers, mobile devices, phones, printers, peripherals, etc.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve end user problems and ensure correct resolution of issues

  • Maintain inventory of computer parts and log all repairs/services completed

  • Manages equipment returns

  • Retires and or/disposes outdated and obsolete hardware

Qualifications:

6 months - 3 years of professional experience supporting desktops, mobile devices, and other basic IT support issues.
