Frank Myers Auto Maxx Auto Dealership Service Writer Needed in Winston Salem, North Carolina
Growing Certified O' Reilly's Auto Service Center looking for an Auto Service Writer. Currently using 7 bays for reconditioning and building 3 more. Lots of internal work but looking to grow customer pay. Right candidate must be able to wear many hats, sometimes all at once. Strongest assets must be: ability to delegate, willingness to train, filled with positivity and not afraid to get his/her hands dirty. WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE but top pay goes to someone with experience!
Requirements
• Great at Multi Tasking while still focusing on the customer perception
• Organized and friendly personality
• Demonstrated ability to manage mutiple computer systems at once
• Time management skills
• Good communication skills with your customers
• Professional personal appearance
• Team oriented and self-motivated
• Open and close repair orders
• Schedule service appointments
• Follow up with customers that declined service/maintenance
• Sell needed and/or recommended service/maintenance to customers
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
