Job Title: HR Administrative Suppor
Location: Winston-Salem
Pay Range: $23
Role and responsibilities:
Responding to inquiries relating to Leave of Absence, FMLA, and Accomodations.
Triaging LOA/FMLA cases by sending Notice of Eligibility of Rights and Responsibiliies, FMLA Designation Notices.
Indexing and distribution Medical Records tasks in Salesforce
Completing verification requests
Quality Assurance reviews
Must have:
- Leave Administration, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Salesforce, able to handle competing priorities, attention to detail.
