What will you be doing?

As a Procurement Manager, you will play a leading role in the development and implementation of multi-year sourcing strategies aligned with global business goals. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing metrics, tools and processes to monitor and optimize sourcing strategies and performance implementing protocols for effectiveness and efficiency of critical initiatives.

  • Managing and optimizing the daily use of the key business information systems - through item masters, profiles and categories.

  • Building positive relationships with internal stakeholders to understand needs and drive successful project outcomes.

  • Supporting internal stakeholders on sourcing initiatives, leveraging procurement best practices and strategies to ensure effective implementation and execution.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to leverage negotiations for optimum pricing, payment methods, terms and conditions and service levels.

  • Supports business initiatives for a range of categories including facilities services, food, office supplies, ESG, information technology and systems.

  • All other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or Procurement-related field

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or related business fields.

  • Working knowledge of P2P process and systems technology.

  • Proven success in implementing cost-saving programs and optimizing supplier relationships.

  • Experience with internal KPI’s and metrics measurement to assure world-class procurement performance.

  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, strategic, and planning skills.
