What will you be doing?
As a Procurement Manager, you will play a leading role in the development and implementation of multi-year sourcing strategies aligned with global business goals. Responsibilities include:
Developing metrics, tools and processes to monitor and optimize sourcing strategies and performance implementing protocols for effectiveness and efficiency of critical initiatives.
Managing and optimizing the daily use of the key business information systems - through item masters, profiles and categories.
Building positive relationships with internal stakeholders to understand needs and drive successful project outcomes.
Supporting internal stakeholders on sourcing initiatives, leveraging procurement best practices and strategies to ensure effective implementation and execution.
Developing and implementing strategies to leverage negotiations for optimum pricing, payment methods, terms and conditions and service levels.
Supports business initiatives for a range of categories including facilities services, food, office supplies, ESG, information technology and systems.
All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or Procurement-related field
5+ years of experience in procurement or related business fields.
Working knowledge of P2P process and systems technology.
Proven success in implementing cost-saving programs and optimizing supplier relationships.
Experience with internal KPI’s and metrics measurement to assure world-class procurement performance.
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, strategic, and planning skills.
