Description:

This position will work in the shop and be responsible for the accurate testing and troubleshooting of building systems. May assemble and build out pumps prior to working out in the field.

Technician Responsibilities and Duties:

Work with warehouse employees, service team, contractors and end users in a professional manner.

Learn the commissioning and tuning of complete boiler room equipment and other facility related systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications:

-Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with customers and team members.

-Must have good communication skills, with written and verbally, with the ability and willingness to work in and foster a team

atmosphere.

-Must have good knowledge in applying the customer’s parameters to the criteria of our various products including boilers, burners, boiler accessories and flue stacks.

-Must have strong computer skills.

-Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and customer service skills.

-Strong mechanical aptitude and working experience with hand/power tools

Nice to Have Skills:

Familiarity with pipe fabrication, assembly, construction a plus.

Refractory and pipe-fitting experience is a plus.

Project management of boiler and burner retrofits

Experience and technical training on HVAC systems.

Experience Level:

Entry Level to Expert Level experience
