JPMorgan Chase Digital Content Strategy-Sr. Associate in Wilmington, Delaware

Business Banking Marketing's Digital Shopping & Customer Journey team is responsible for the customer experience and performance within our digital ecosystem and increasing appeal among aspiring minority entrepreneurs. The team focuses on developing the strategy across educational & news content, SEO, owned media, digital strategy, site optimization and platform capability to deliver a first-class customer experience.

Job Summary

As a Content Strategy Sr. Associate, you will be responsible for developing educational content including SEO keyword-based articles, infographics, videos, and testimonial stories with relevance to Chase for Business clients and prospects in every stage of the business lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with production partners and stakeholders across JPMorgan Chase to shape and implement content strategies that engage small business owners, drive brand awareness, and ultimately generate leads.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategy with a leading creative agency, internal digital partners, and line of business partners

  • Identify strategic content priorities across Chase for Business teams, partners, segments, events, and key stakeholders

  • Manage content editorial calendar with agency and stakeholders

  • Lead approval processes for Legal, Compliance and Brand

  • Oversee production process from end to end including language translation process

  • Coordinate with social and paid distribution partners to promote content

  • Partner closely with SEO teams to align content production with search strategies and results

  • Manage campaign analytics performance and reporting, tracking key metrics including account production, landing page performance and owned media and social media campaign reach

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and effective communicator who can smoothly interface with clients and is interested in sharing their stories

  • Enjoys creative work and developing content ideas from abstract concepts

  • Comfortable managing complex workstreams with cross-functional partners

  • Interested in how marketing drives quantifiable business results

  • Looks for the big picture, considering impacts outside their given initiatives, not afraid to challenge the status quo,

  • Develops strong partnerships; leads through collaboration; recognized as a team player

  • Is driven to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results

  • Has experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously to successfully meet targeted deadlines

  • Can quickly grasp procedural guidelines to ensure compliant project launches and up-to-date content

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.

**Please note, we are back in the office in a hybrid model (3 days a week) we will not consider 100% remote or other locations if not listed on this requisition
