WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global HR team based out of our manufacturing facility in Williston. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the full range of activities aligned to the associate lifecycle including (but not limited to): training, performance management, career development, and onboarding/offboarding.

  • Act as a point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business

  • Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes

  • Design and maintain organization metrics as the performance of the business unit improves

  • Work with hiring managers to manage the recruitment process

  • Promote and manage internal recognition programs

  • Maintain accurate records and keep internal systems up to date

  • Act as first point of contact for associate issues within the Business Unit

  • Support the on-boarding process of all new associates

  • Facilitate off-boarding activities for associates leaving the business

  • Understand and works to ensure HR compliance for US labor laws

  • Liaise with benefits, Leave Management, and payroll teams on assigned tasks.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You will bring 3+ years of HR experience with well demonstrated success in training, performance management, career development, and onboarding/offboarding.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in HR or related disciplines

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, including excel, vLookup and pivot functions a plus

  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction in the office and remotely

  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently

  • Experience prioritizing core responsibilities and project assigned tasks

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
