InterMetro Industries is seeking a National Account Manager for our Foodservice Market.  The National Account Manager will own and manage the corporate relationship with top national industry dealers.  This can include strategic planning, marketing planning and execution, some traditional sales activities, training and customer service.  We are seeking an individual with Marketing experience who wants to contribute to an innovative company, can understand and focus on broad and high-level initiatives, maintain positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external customers, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  This individual will be responsible for traveling to customer sites as needed while maintaining internal corporate responsibilities.  This role can work remotely but is expected to be in our Wilkes-Barre, PA Corporate HQ offices periodically. What You Will Do: Fostering key relationships at approximately 6-8 National Accounts Ideation and executing of marketing objectives. Attend Quarterly and Semi-Annual Sales Meetings with Customers Customer Relationship Management of account stakeholders including third part sales representatives. Supports the strategy for each account that aligns with Metro's overall corporate strategy and growth targets. Develops and performs regular training and communication with internal support at the national accounts. Other duties as assigned. What You Bring to The Table: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field A minimum of five years related experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Good Microsoft Office skills Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and to our Corporate HQ in Wilkes-Barre PA as needed. Must be adaptable, work independently or as part of a team, and possess the ability to make decisions using sound reasoning ability. Preferred: 8+ years relevant work experience Compensation & Benefits The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity). The salary range for this position includes a base salary, annual and quarterly bonuses.The salary range begins at $50,000 base with an opportunity to earn annual and quarterly bonuses.
