TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania

Our client based in Wilkes Barre, PA has an immediate need for multiple Customer Service Representatives to start on 5/28/2024. This is a hybrid position requiring both in office and remote work in Wilkes Barre, PA

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for communicating over the phone with insureds, agency personnel, claimants, providers, vendors, and any other callers with questions related to the companies products and services

This customer service representative will be responsible for the following:

  • Verifying insurance

  • Assisting with general policy questions

  • Taking initial claim information

  • Reviewing billing information

    Interested candidates should meet the follow qualifications:

  • 1+ Year Customer Service Experience (Call Center, Retail, Food service or similar role)

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to multitask

  • Experience working in a fast paced and detail orientated environment

  • Ability to work and 8 hour assigned shift between the hours of 9am-8pm, Monday - Friday

  • Ability to be onsite 3 days per week
