Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to community leaders by implementing standardized processes related to associate recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement and recognition to ensure a positive associate experience.
  • Collaborates with Human Resources (HR) to assist community leaders and associates in navigating various HR systems and services.
  • Supports administrative processes for position management requests.
  • Supports new hire onboarding process that includes collecting new hire paperwork, facilitation of orientation, provisioning and training.
  • Maintains up to date associate files and tracks orientation, education and licensure compliance.

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

  • Salary Midpoint: \$22.70 per hour

Actual compensation offered will vary based on factors including applicable licenses, certifications, education, experience, location, qualifications and comparison with associates in similar roles.
