Campus Shift Supervisor (BRIDGES, Crossroads, Gerard):
Role:
- The Campus Supervisor has significant responsibility for the smooth and orderly operations of the departments while providing a supervisory role for staff.
- This position serves as an administrative representative responsible for staff scheduling, training and evaluation.
- The position supervises the biopsychosocial well-being of each client using trauma-informed, survivor-centered, restorative practice techniques.
- Uses appropriate role-modeling skills to instill hope, effect healing and restoration, promote growth and development to empower clients to transform their lives.
- Provides a positive role model by demonstrating commitment, punctuality, effective time management, and good communication skills.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization\'s policies and provides insight for the Program Manger to assess individual skills of empowerment counselors.
- Education: Bachelor\'s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or one to four years related experience in school, hospital, residential staff mentoring and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Must have at least two years supervisory experience and have the ability to work independently.
- Hours:
- FT 2nd Sun-Wed (2p-12a)
- FT 2nd Wed-Sat (2p-12a)
- PT 1st Saturday & Sunday (6a-2p)
