This role is on a core team that drives transformation for Danone North America. The transformation team marshals development of operating structures in service of Danone North America strategic growth. This includes ongoing evaluation of the organizational design, modernizing business practices and working norms, overseeing development of technology systems investments, and shepherding implementation of other business investments. We are currently looking to hire a Senior Manager of Business Transformation.

In this role, you will be responsible to:

• Drive forward implementation of key enterprise strategies in North America
• Support integration(s) cross-functionally
• Manage forums to keep transformation on track, including regular team meetings, cross functional meetings, and ad hoc check-ins
• Manage a detailed master plan of activities to ensure work is on track across multiple streams tied to transformational initiatives
• Develop effective relationships across the organization to understand how work is progressing
• Problem solve issues and anticipate derailers
• Inspire employees and act as role models for the sort of behavior needed to encourage and embed change

• Minimum 7 years experience in Consulting, Strategy or CPG Leadership role
• Bachelor Degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred
• Intrinsically motivated, can-do attitude - eager to tackle any challenge
• Intellectual curiosity and courage to challenge status quo
• Strong influencing skills at all levels of the organization, and ability to work in a complex matrix environment
• High tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and on-going change. Able to work in a complex environment with changing priorities

The base compensation range for this position is $145,000-$165,000 Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options.
