Service Counter Administrator. Fleet Maintenance Inc. West Seneca. $20 - 24/ hr.
Greet Service customers when they enter dealership. Listen to customer vehicle complaints and document. Prepare internal repair orders. Verify payments. Communicate with customer during repair process. Train and administer OEM warranty claims. Prepare invoices, obtain signatures and return keys. Proficient with computers.
Work schedule 10am - 7pm M-F.
