U.S. Military Academy Concourse Supervisor NF-02 in West Point, New York

Summary This position is located at Concessions. This position is Weather Essential. Responsibilities Assists the Concession Manager in directing the Concession operation at various Army Athletic events i.e., football games. Supervises multiple stands with 2-30 employees and volunteer groups, depending on the event. Receives supply, stores and stocks supply items in up to 20 concession areas. Responsible for cleaning, inventory, stocking and organizing each concession area before and after every event. Performs food service and cashiering duties a required. Completes cash reports and makes daily deposits. Orients new employees to work situations, compliance with health and safety standards, use of required protective devises and proper use and storage of tools and equipment. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications 1. Experience in supervising, training staff. 2. Cash handling experience that included (1) direct handling of cash items, and (2) use of cash accountability control methods. 3. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
