Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, budgeting, and planning, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget - bilingual is a PLUS. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are executed to the highest quality standards. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on budgeting and planning.

• strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.

• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
