Job Description

Our client is looking to hire a ServiceNow Admin/Developer to join their team. They are beginning to build out their ServiceNow team as they migrate to ServiceNow. This person will work alongside a ServiceNow Platform Architect to help build out and run their ServiceNow Platform. Some job responsibilities will include:

* Own configuration work within the platform

* Design, develop, and customize services

* Run with incident support and resolution

* Manage instance security: user/group access, administration, access control list

* Perform application maintenance for performance monitoring and error identification and remediation

Skills and Requirements

2-3 years of ServiceNow development experience

2-3 years of ServiceNow admin experience

GlideScript or GlideRecord

Built ServiceNow environment from scratch

Integrations experience

flow designer, integration hub, similar capabilities

ITSM configuration

ITSM development

Certified SNOW System Admin Bachelors Degree null
