A national manufacturing company located in Lafayette is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate on a full-time, contract to hire basis. Company offers competitive pay, excellent pay and comprehensive benefits. This role is in a newly rennovated office space that includes an onsite deli and workout facility! This role will train fully in office, then allow the flexibility to work remote on Mondays and Fridays once trained.

The Accounts Payable Associate will work alongside a team of 6-8 people and report to the Accounts Payable Manager.

The Accounts Payable associate will be responsible for the following:

• Matching, batching and coding of accounts payable invoices in SAP

• Reconciling accounts payable invoices

• Working with vendors to resolve any outstanding balances

• Processing check and ACH transfer requests

  Requirements

• 2+ years of Previous Accounts Payable experience in a high volume, shared service environment

• Must be proficient in Excel

• Experience in SAP and/or Coupa highly preferred

• Analytical thinker with the ability to problem solve

• Must have outstanding data entry

• Must have excellent attendance

• Must have excellent communication and follow-up

• Must be a team player
