Job Details The inpatient Physical Therapy Aide works under the direct supervision of physical and occupational therapists and physical therapist assistants to assist with patient care. Responsibilities: Assists staff with patient care under therapist supervision Sets up of patient room prior to therapy session Follows IC protocols to maintain therapy equipment Maintains pars of therapy equipment on patient care units Patient population includes cardiac, orthopedic, neurologic, vascular, pulmonary and medical-surgical patient. Works with interdisciplinary therapy team Assist with routine operations of the department Requirements: HS Diploma/GED required Experience in the health field preferred BLS certification Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to comply with all regulatory standards Salary Range USD $22.60 - USD $31.64 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
