TEKsystems is partnering with a local client in search of an individual to join their Operations team. This person will be taking escalations from various teams, including current NOC teammates. The goal of this hire will to be serve as a go-between for the NOC and the client's Senior Engineers.

Qualified candidates will have mid- senior level experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure and monitoring (Solarwinds). Nice to have experience would include troubleshooting any mainframe and Control M with regards to batch scheduling/processes.

The client is hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift needs so much be willing to work 3:30pm-11pm or overnight shifts. Weekend hours may also be required.
