Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Mill Operator, including machine setup.

• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and GD&T.

• Familiarity with CNC programming (G-code) is a plus.

• Attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC milling machines by installing and adjusting cutting tools, work-holding fixtures, and machine parameters.

• Operate CNC mills to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
