The role you’ll contribute:

General maintenance technician with a diversity of job skills to troubleshoot, repair or replace components of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air handlers, HVAC systems, pneumatic tube system, fire alarm system, general wall, flooring and ceiling repairs, locksmith repairs, medical gas systems, generators, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry repairs and assist in performing special projects where improvements are made to the hospital building and other duties as such assigned. Assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the Wellness Plaza in good repair. Minor electrical work, mechanical repairs and other duties relating to maintenance are the primary duties.

· All duties to keep the Wellness Center equipment in good repair.

· Minor electrical work.

· Preventative and corrective maintenance of refrigeration units.

· Minor plumbing repairs.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

· High School graduate or equivalent upon hire.

· Two to four years of job related experience upon hire.

· Valid Florida Driver’s license upon hire.
