Summary:
The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience with accounting software.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Prepare and file financial reports to management and external stakeholders
- Manage and maintain the company's cash flow
- Reconcile bank statements
- Audit financial transactions and records
- Comply with all applicable accounting and tax regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience
(Preferred)
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Experience with accounting software(Quickbooks)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
