  Position:  Human Resources & H2A Assistant

[This position will work very closely with farm workers and Orchard management while assisting in Orchard HR matters and management of H2A guest worker program.]{times="" new="" roman""=""}

[Responsibilities include:]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-weight:="" bold"=""}

• [Orchard interview and hiring of farm workers]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Provide support to orchard staff with payroll procedures]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Provide link of communication between management and orchard staff to answer any questions and concerns on Company Policy and personnel matters.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Work closely with other HR/H2A team members in the management of H2A program to ensure compliance on documentation and procedures]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Support the HR team as needed in the training of new supervisors on Company Policy and procedures]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Ability to multi-task and change directions at moment's notice]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Daily commute to orchard and orchard housing sites]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[Computer literate, Microsoft office programs]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[Must be bilingual, English and Spanish]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[Clean driving record for insurance purposes]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[Previous experience in HR and/or H2A a plus]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}<
