Canadian Tire Bank Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) - S in Welland, Ontario

Join our world class team that supports Canadian Tire Bank and Retail customers with industry leading. Respond to a wide range of telephone inquiries from Canadian Tire Bank card members, while driving an exceptional customer experience.

The Customer Relationship Sales Representative (CRSR) professionally handles a wide range of telephone inquiries in an effective and courteous manner. Inquiry types range from general account information such as balance, payment and purchase inquiries to more complex queries. The CRSR presents and educates customers on Canadian Tire Services Limited offerings of the various portfolios (i.e. Financial Products, Loyalty Program, etc.) and attempts to retain insurance and account cancellation inquiries, while proactively promoting cardholder features and benefits.

    What you bring

  • Bilingual in both French and English

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Superior problem solving abilities , and solid decision making skills

  • Active listening skills

  • Computer knowledge and experience

  • Demonstrated passion for driving an exceptional customer experience

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience in retail, fast food, hotel & hospitability industry, etc.

  • Demonstrated active listening, professional verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated aptitude to learn and support with basic browser-based functions

    Our current department hours of operation are 8 :00am – 8 :00 pm , Monday to Friday,8:00am – 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday . Your scheduled shifts will vary according to business needs and the individual's given avai lable time frames . Availability requirements range between days, ev enings and weekends.
