Description

A preeminent global firm is seeking a seasoned Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their ever-growing, dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a genuine passion for developing engineering solutions, managing functional teams, and have a substantial background working with Java, Spring, and Angular on the front-end. This role is hybrid, onsite 3 days a week in Dudley, MA.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement user-friendly web interfaces using Java, Spring, and Angular technologies.

2. Responsible for overseeing the entirety of your projects, from conception to deployment.

3. Collaborate closely with other team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality technical solutions.

4. Sustain existing codebases, to fix bugs and improve performance, while relentlessly pursuing state-of-the-art innovation.

5. Serve as a technical authority and provide leadership to junior engineers, ensuring adherence to defined development processes.

6. Develop innovative solutions while integrating with sophisticated backend databases and services.

7. Conduct comprehensive code reviews, and provide critical advice and recommendations.

   Requirements

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Full Stack Development roles.

2. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.

3. Demonstrative proficiency in Java, Spring, and Angular.

4. Having an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work both in a team and independently.

5. Proven proficiency in troubleshooting complex application workflows.

6. Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.

7. Excellent leadership skills with a background in managing and inspiring teams for performance.

8. Stellar communication and analytical skills, able to manifest complex concepts in an understandable manner to all stakeholders.
