Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications
- Set up welding machines based on the job at hand
- Operate power tools and welding equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform quality checks to ensure welds meet standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mig Welder or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
