Job Description

* Provide expertise with Microsoft's SCCM/MECM.

* Leverage SCCM/MECM to provide security patches, vulnerability patches, hotfixes and other updates to user workstations and servers.

* Administer SCCM software delivery, including various methods such as running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted, Application Library, and Software Center.

* Manage and administer SCCM client health, including the process of getting clients healthy

* Provide expertise with PowerShell for custom reporting.

* Develop advanced technical solutions for the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures.

* Troubleshoot highly complex system hardware and software issues.

* Develop training materials for end users on the proper use of hardware and software.

* Develop implementation plans for software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.

* Perform In Place Upgrades as needed for servers and laptops.

* Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels.

* Ensure workstation/server data integrity by implementing standard software and hardware solutions.

* Lead efforts to ensure data/media recoverability by following a schedule of system backups and database archive operations.

* Conduct advanced hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure. compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.

* Develop performance and security plans for computers that meet the needs of network users.

* Evaluate existing systems and plans long-term strategies.

* Coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.

* Serve as a team or task lead as needed.

Compensation: $150-180k.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

* Active Top Secret and willing to be processed for a higher clearance

* IAT Level 2 Certification (Security+ce, CCNA Security)

* LCAT: Bachelors + 17 Years of Experience

* Expertise with Microsoft SCCM/MECM null
