The Monogram Senior Area Sales Manager (ASM) will focus only on Monogram resellers, both retail and builder contract, direct builders, as well as potentially new Monogram customers. The Monogram ASM will execute current strategies and help develop new sales strategies.

This position is for the DC/Philadelphia/Pittsburg market area reporting to the Director, Monogram Sales. The ASM will be expected to live in the DC market area.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Responsibilities will include:

  • Sales for all Monogram products in your assigned territory/focus accounts

  • Product training on all Monogram products

  • Regular call schedule for dealer stores and sales associates

  • Develop relationships with market builders, designers, cabinet companies, and architects

  • Improve in-store Monogram store displays, dealers and cabinet companies

  • Execute all Monogram promotions with dealer stores, designers, and cabinet companies

  • Event planning with builders, interior designers, cabinet companies and architects

  • Coordinate Installation training and provide advice as needed.

  • Execute operational needs of the dealers as needed.

  • Conducting CEU certification courses

  • Monitor compliance of in-store branding

Performance will be measured on sales growth, driving incremental floor space, developing a field marketing program and overall customer engagement/support.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience

  • Must have high end luxury appliance or luxury product experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent

PREFERRED :

  • Experience in developing, organizing, and implementing sales plans.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, management and peers to drive results.

  • Superior communication, presentation, organizational and negotiation skills

  • Proven record of being a self-starter, working proactively and independently, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (overnight travel as needed) and on occasion to the Monogram Experience Center (Louisville) and Monogram Design Center (Chicago)

  • Ability and willingness to work occasional weekend hours based on events and customer needs

  • Ability and willingness to comply to business dress code
