Description
RDTS is looking for a Cleared Operations and Training Manager to support a Dept of Defense program in Washington, D.C. This on-site Operations and Training Manager (OTM) shall be a subject matter expect on CBRNE Mail Screening Services.
Requirements
Active Security Clearance.
Certified Emergency Management Technician (EMT) or Paramedic.
Completion of a state or national HAZMAT awareness and/or operations course.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Strong technical writing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 3 years' experience working as an operations manager in a CBRNE screening operations, recognizing indicators of chemical, biological, radiological, and explosive hazards.
Developing and implementing a comprehensive proficiency training program and overseeing staff compliance.
Mitigating and reacting to hazardous material contamination in a negatively pressurized environment.
Experience wearing and maintaining personnel protective equipment, to include powered air-purifying respirator systems (PAPRS).
Developing and performing personnel decontamination procedures.
Developing and updating technical SOPs.
Demonstrated customer relations experience.
