*You are: *

Microsoft System Engineer who will perform Cloud Migration integration, installation, and troubleshooting activities. You develop and deliver the client installation plan through coordination with clients and the project team. Will act as escalation point for technical issues from clients and other system engineers. Lead in migration of client data from on-premises to online. Manage client expectations regarding solution functionality, deployment processes, and realistic timelines. Be a subject matter expert in Cloud environments. Support testing of new version releases and updates to installation documentation. Collaborates with Leadership Team to review and contribute to Product Roadmaps. Ability to identify the organizational impact of the technical solution architecture. Provides technical leadership to the engineering team when necessary. Provides expert knowledge of product architecture, serving as Subject Matter Expert to business, operations, and technology teams.

Here's what you need:          

  • 2 years' demonstrated proficiency migrating clients to Cloud environment

  • Must have strong core knowledge of Microsoft products and technology 

  • 3+ years of Windows Server technology administration and maintenance  

  • 3+ years troubleshooting experience for both routine and complex problems

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

The extra’s:        

  • US Citizenship, no dual citizenship

  • Security clearance: Clearable up to Secret

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • MS Active Directory design and implementation experience

  • Microsoft PowerShell experience, with a focus on automation

  • 5+ years of web based .Net Application support in a SQL Server environment; working with T-SQL queries (writing/debugging)

  • PowerApps, Power Platform, and Dataverse experience

_Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below and _ information on benefits offered is here. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

  • California: $82,400 - $154,800

  • Colorado: $82,400 - $133,700

  • New York: $76,300 - $154,800

  • Washington: $87,800 - $142,300
