Accenture Google Dialogflow Delivery Specialist in Washington, District Of Columbia

The work:

The Google Dialogflow Delivery Specialist will need to be well versed in Dialogflow CX implementation with full understanding of the backend tech stack required to implement the product. Google Dialogflow Delivery Specialist will provide expertise to development team and client to better improved the current application and its future improvements. Candidates should have experience related to the following tasks in Google DialogFlow CX:

  • Agent creation and building multi-level flows

  • Understanding of Intent filtering logic and conditional response logic

  • Ability to assist in backend development (JSON experience) and client UI enhancements

  • QA testing, validation, and documentation experience

  • Process management related to version control and auditing

  • Develop schedules and documentation in support of project, providing regular updates to the customer program manager and all other relevant stakeholders

  • Coordinate, prepare, and brief internal and external stakeholders on project status at various milestones/stages in the life-cycle

Here's what you need:

  • Must demonstrate technical experience implementing Dialogflow CX for projects

  • Experience with testing, validation and documentation

  • Ability to effectively communicate both project and technical information to internal and external stakeholders

Bonus points if you have:

  • AWS, Google Cloud Platform, VMware or Oracle Cloud Platform experience

_Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

  • California: $67,200 - $120,000

  • Colorado: $67,200 - $103,600

  • New York: $62,100 - $120,000

  • Washington: $71,500 - $110,400
