Philips Customer Fulfillment Coordinator in Warszawa, Poland

The Customer Fulfillment Coordinator is the contact person in the market for all operational related topics, including Master Data, Scheduling, Order Management, Warehousing and Distribution.

Your role:

  • Ensuring optimal allocation and fulfillment of orders and returns, working through GBS as executing organization for order management.

  • Order handling performance management.

  • Master data monitoring.

  • Order Monitoring / OM Escalations.

  • Scheduling activities monitoring.

  • Refusals / Returns / Claims & Dispute Management.

  • VAS to Stock.

  • Ensuring a smooth fulfillment by working together with Integrated Warehousing & Distribution (IW&D) for seamless logistics execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders .

  • Strong analytics and problem-solving capability.

  • Communication skills.

  • Order Management Experience (SAP, Office skills).

  • Logistical Experience.

  • English - advanced.
