Job Description
Location: Warsaw
We are searching for a Talent Sourcer to join our Global Enterprise Recruitment Team and manage the first stage of the global recruiting process, based in Poland.
Your daily responsibilities:
Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
Initial phone screening of candidates
Crafting and sending recruiting emails
Talent mapping (US & European job market)
Coordinating with recruiters to determine position requirements
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Requirements & skills:
Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Exceptional English level (C1) is a must
Knowledge of US & European job market
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Effective time-management abilities

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
