As a Microsoft Azure Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure platform. You will work with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality cloud solutions that meet their objectives and expectations. You will also provide guidance and best practices on cloud architecture, security, performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure services and technologies.

• Implement and configure cloud infrastructure, such as virtual machines, virtual networks, load balancers, firewalls, VPNs.

• Integrate cloud solutions with on-premises or hybrid systems, using Azure ExpressRoute, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup.

• Optimize and troubleshoot cloud solutions, using Azure Resource Manager, Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, Azure Portal.

• Ensure cloud solutions comply with security, privacy, and compliance standards, using Azure Security Center, Azure Policy, Azure Sentinel.

• Document and communicate cloud solutions, using Azure Architecture Center, Azure Reference Architectures, Cloud Adoption Framework.

• Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in cloud computing and Microsoft Azure.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture principles, patterns, assessments and best practices.

• Strong knowledge of cloud security, privacy, and compliance standards and tools.

• Strong knowledge of cloud performance, scalability, and reliability techniques and tools.

• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification or equivalent.

Required Experience

At least 3 years of experience in cloud computing, preferably with Microsoft Azure.
